MEET THE HOA BOARD

Elected by homeowners, the Regency Place HOA Board Members are committed to maintaining and preserving the neighborhood, and helping improve homeowners/residents' lives. Each year, homeowners/residents play a part in electing up to nine (9) members to the HOA board during the Annual Meeting. The board is committed to being fully transparent and inclusive by encouraging homeowners/residents to participate in the monthly board meetings held at the Regency Place Community Pool at 6:30 pm on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.

Chuck Holland, President

 

Chuck and his wife, Liz of 50 years, moved here in 2012. They have 3 grown children and six grandchildren. Chuck retired as a Captain from Watertown, NY Fire Department after 30 years of service. He served the last 14 years as an EMT on heavy rescue. Chuck was also a state certified code enforcement officer in New York state. He looks forward to helping to keep Regency Place the place where everyone wants to live, raise their family and/or retire.

Nancy Mitchell, Director

 

Nancy, along with her husband Bob, have been residents of Regency Place since 2002. She retired in 2004 from the world of Banking after 25+ years. Nancy does miss her children and grandchildren, who all reside in MA. Among her many hobbies and interests, she is a "diehard Red Sox fan".

Major Brack Dodd, Jr., Vice-President

 

Major Brack Dodd, Jr. and his wife bought their home in Regency Place in 2016. After retiring from 35 years of service in The Salvation Army, they moved into Regency Place full-time in 2018. Brack has experience in electrical engineering, social services, pastoral work and financial services. He is a Certified Internal Controls Auditor.   

In retirement, he and his wife continue working doing social services intake remotely for The Salvation Army of Nashville, TN. Brack and his wife love to cruise plus traveling. They have one son who is married and lives in St. Petersburg Beach.

Sheri Wilson, Secretary/Treasurer

 

Sheri moved to Florida in 1995 and then into Regency Place in 2002 with her husband Gene of now 48 years. They have a new fur baby recently added to the family named Cookee. She has many hobbies and 7 grandchildren who visit quite frequently. 

Previously, her past occupation was in the administrative field. Sheri has used her secretarial skills for the vast paperwork needed for Regency Place as her contribution to benefit residents and its homeowners since 2008. She will contonue to strive to improve Regency Place for all residents.

Lucy Rodriguez, Director
 

Lucy Rodriguez and her husband moved from NYC (Brooklyn) upon retiring in 2009 after 20 years of service from the NYC Corrections-Transportation Division. She has been a resident of Regency Place since 2009. She has been married for 48 years and is a mother to 3 wonderful children and a doting grandmother to 6 grandchildren.
