MEET THE HOA BOARD

Elected by homeowners, the Regency Place HOA Board Members are committed to maintaining and preserving the neighborhood, and helping improve homeowners/residents' lives. Each year, homeowners/residents play a part in electing up to nine (9) members to the HOA board during the Annual Meeting. The board is committed to being fully transparent and inclusive by encouraging homeowners/residents to participate in the monthly board meetings held at the Regency Place Community Pool at 6:30 pm on the 17th of each month.

Burt Johnson, President
 

Burt has lived in Regency Place since January 2000. He retired to Florida in 1999 after 32 years working for an electric and gas company in southern New Jersey. He also did six years, four on active duty, in the US Navy. In addition, he worked in the retail loss prevention field for twenty years. Since retiring he never passes by the opportunity to spread the spirit of Santa. He has been known to resemble Santa in his variety of holiday t-shirts and other garb, not to mention a candy cane or two here and there. Along with 4 children, he has 9 grandkids and 1 great-granddaughter. He enjoys trying to make our neighborhood a better place for one and all. Ho Ho Ho!

Nancy Mitchell, Director

 

Nancy, along with her husband Bob, have been residents of Regency Place since 2002. She retired in 2004 from the world of Banking after 25+ years. Nancy does miss her children and grandchildren, who all reside in MA. Among her many hobbies and interests, she is a "diehard Red Sox fan".

Chuck Holland, Vice-President

 

Chuck and his wife, Liz of 48 years, moved here in 2012. They have 3 grown children and six grandchildren. Chuck retired as a Captain from Watertown, NY Fire Department after 30 years of service. He served the last 14 years as an EMT on heavy rescue. Chuck was also a state certified code enforcement officer in New York state. He looks forward to helping to keep Regency Place the place where everyone wants to live, raise their family and/or retire.

Sheri Wilson, Secretary/Treasurer

 

Sheri moved to Florida in 1995 after her husband, Gene, retired from the US Air Force. They have lived in Regency Place since 2002. She and Gene have been married for 47 years and enjoy time with their family to include 7 grandchildren who visit frequently. Previously, Sheri's past employment was in the administrative field. Sheri has been on the Regency Place HOA board since 2008 and uses her secretarial skills as her contribution to benefit Regency Place and its homeowners.

Lucy Rodriguez, Director
 

Lucy Rodriguez and her husband moved from NYC (Brooklyn) upon retiring in 2009 after 20 years of service from the NYC Corrections-Transportation Division. She has been a resident of Regency Place since 2009. She has been married for 48 years and is a mother to 3 wonderful children and a doting grandmother to 6 grandchildren.
